1. Payment details
I receive the full payment after the initial sketch is approved by the client, after which I continue working on the commission.• I accept payment through [Paypal, Ko-Fi].2. Revisions
You have the right to an unlimited amount of revisions during the inital sketching phase. After the payment, I agree only to minimal changes, like colour, shape of canvas etc.3. Copyright & Usage
As the artist, I retain all copyright to the commissioned artwork. This includes the right to display the work in my portfolio, on social media, and use it for self-promotion.The Client receives the right to use the commissioned piece for personal, non-commercial purposes (avatars, wallpapers, printing for personal display, etc.). If you wish to use my work for commercial purposes, please let me know so we can discuss it further.The Client MAY NOT:• Claim the artwork as their own creation.
• Alter the artwork without my permission.
• Use the artwork for NFTs or AI training.4. Refund Policy
If you cancel the commission before the sketch is started, nothing will happen, since no payment went through.
If you cancel after the sketch is approved, a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel when the piece is almost done/after the finished artwork, no refund will be given.I reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund at any time due to unforeseen inability to complete the work. I will always communicate clearly if this happens.5. Questions and inquiries
